Artistic representations of the city of Toronto from the past 150 years, from its incorporation in 1834. Over 170 paintings, watercolors, drawings and prints by 130 different artists. Over 100 of the pictures in the book have never been reproduced before. The book is in fine condition, corners square, pages clean and unmarked. The dust jacket is bumped and torn on the top and bottom spine. Otherwise, minor shelf wear. The book is the Official Presentation Edition as specified on the back cover. The first page is a presentation page where the book is listed as # 269 of 2000 copies. It is inscribed to Patricia Billingham by B. Wilkenson on behalf of Toronto Mayor Art Eggleton. It is dated March 28,1985.
