Black-and-white photograph of author and photographer at the rear of the book. On August 29, 1966 at Candlestick Park in San Francisco The Beatles played their last public performance. At the time only The Beatles knew that this was to be the last hurrah for, if you will, of "Beatlemania". After this concert The Beatles took a new direction musically and they never played in public again in a concert setting.
