The text is illustrated with copious coloured drawings by E. Jeffrey. 1/4 blue coloured cloth back strip. 3/4 coloured illustrated boards with yellow, black and green coloured titles. The adventures of Toby Twirl – a young pig who has human hands and walks like a human. Included are some puzzles and a crossword – which has been filled in neatly in pencil. The book is certainly showing age and use – please see photograph. Heavy rubbing and fraying of the back strip edges with bumping of the book corners. The underlying board is visible to the lower book edges, book corners and along the front edges with a few spots to the top book edge. Heavy rubbing and scoring of the front panel. Stains, marks and fading of the back strip with the puzzle on the rear end page having a green trail on one of the puzzles. The ownership plate has been filled out neatly. A previous owner has marked some of the pages in the same green coloured pencil as the rear end pages. Some foxing and handling marks to the pages. The title page has an erasure mark.
