About This Item

(New York): Harry N. Abrams, Inc., Publishers, 1995. First Edition. Hardcover with dust jacket. Fine/Very Good+. Tina Modotti. 4to. Pp. 160. Frontis. Black & white photography entitled "Stadium Exterior" by Tina Modotti. Profusely illustrated with reproductions of Tina Modotti's photography. Foreword by Anne d'Harnoncourt. Bibliography. Index. Bound in khaki cloth with Modotti's signature in negative stamped in platinum block on front board; platinum lettering on spine. In the dust jacket featuring a black & white Modotti photograph, "Calla Lillies." Please note the green spot on the rear panel of the dust jacket is glare due to this cataloger's lack of photography skill, and is not a dust jacket flaw. A handsome accompaniment to the exhibit that originated at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, 1995, before traveling to a couple museums in the West. Dust jacket is now protected in a clear, removable archival sleeve.
