About This Item
New York, New York: Warner Books, 1994 A BRAND NEW, SIGNED AND DATED COPY of James Grady's 11th suspense novel. In his second, post-Cold War, spy thriller (following "River of Darkness") , Grady traces the increasingly desperate efforts of the Company's official liaison to the U.S. Senate, to track down the killer of a trusted CIA colleague. James Ellroy deemed Grady's spy thriller his "best novel by far," representing a "massive stylistic leap" forward for the author. Reviewer Nelson DeMille believes Grady's chilling evocation of the New World Order "will make you nostaligic for the simpler days of nuclear brinkmanship." Signed by Author. First U.S. Edition, First Printing. Hard Cover. As New/As New. 8vo - over 7?" - 9?" tall. Private Press.
