London: Chatto & Windus, 1889. Title page dated 1889. Volume III only of a three volume set. Worn. Light olive green cloth printed in black dark red and gilt, illustrated throughout with engravings. Covers have some spotting and wear to the extremities, chip to lower front cover and a short snag to the cloth near the lower edge, good hinges (front hinge internally neatly repaired), sound text block, age-yellowed and lightly foxed pages, no names or other markings.. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
