Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Very Good; light bumping and shelfwear to head, tail, and tips; light soiling to rear board. No DJ. Lavender cloth boards and spine with dark purple lettering on the front board. Floral decorated endpapers. Clean internals. Interior hinges are sound and not split. 96 pp 8vo. This is a book of poetry that needs no introduction as they speak for themselves from the author's love of friends and places, especially the Oklahoma prairie with its flowers and thistles, the weather, the phenomena of day and night, and the vast sky that bends over all. Chapters in the book are Moods, Portraits, Seasonal Cadences, Laughter Patterns, Laid in is a small ribbon printed "Tipton Delphian" which is from the Tipton Oklahoma Delphian Society. A clean very presentable copy.
