San Francisco: Magenta Press, 2005. Pamphlet. [32p] 5.5x8.5 inches, personal inscription signed and dated 7/27/05, very good first edition chapbook in stapled blue-gray pictorial wraps. Later editions claim 400 copies printed in 2006 but this clearly states 2005 on title page, copyright page and in inscription.
