Another poetry collection from the beloved native Michigan naturalist (1906-2001), featuring her nature-inspired verse atop Linocut block print artwork on each of the rough-edged vellum-like pages. Unpaginated. A FIRST EDITION, first printing from 1960, this lovely hardcover has green & cream-colored decorative paper-over-boards with a half-wrapped dark green cloth spine. Condition is VG+: internally as new, with mild rubbing to exterior (small white spots to front cover), bumping & rubbing to both ends of spine, & yellowing/fading to top edge. Completely clean inside, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & pastel colors, completely unmarked.
