Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards rather rubbed and marked overall. Spine is heavily sunned. Gilt is dulled and worn.

In reddish-brown cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. Speckled text block edges. 12mo. Boards very gently rubbed and rounded on corners and spine ends. Upper text block edge a little dust darkened. Free endpapers toned. Prize Presentation Plate on front paste down indicating the volume was awarded to A P Towler as first prize in Electrical Engineering by the Harris Institute, Preston, in 1919. Else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
