Large folio, elaborately produced, bound in full Italian leather and housed in full leather box, all of which is still in green publisher's storage box. Limited edition, this 66 of 1500 copies, numbered and signed on the title page by one of the book designers and binders John Paul Greenawalt, the other Stephen L. Vanilio. The book was produced in celebration of The Shakespeare Theatre's Production of "Five by Ten", five one-act plays by Tennessee Williams directed by Michael Kahn and Tennessee Williams Explored at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. in 2002. Folio, unpaginated, text double column, with 3 full page illustrations by artist Smith bound in (one of Maggie the cat). Lad-in beneath olive suede panel in the box are another 3 full page illustrations, loose, relating to Glass Menagerie. Dark brown leather case has corner devices, elaborate inner dentelles and interior olive suede lining. A sumptuous production.
