Seven engraved plates, foldouts, including the Pantheon, the Basilica of Saint Paul, Santa Sophia at Constantinople, Saint Peters and the Coliseum. The author, a sometime Jesuit, published this work under the pseudonym M.L.M. John Soane translated this work in its entirety in 1806 [see; RIBA, Early Printed Books, I, 165]. CICOGNARA 679.
