Little Brown, 1898. Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust jacket. First edition. Green cloth with gold gilt lettering, illustration of girl in tree done in blue, brown and green. Overall clean and tight condition, browning on pg. edge due to age. Faint damp stain lower corner of first few pages, also upper corner of page 19 missing, neither affecting text. Half tone frontis with tissue guard and five glossy internals. Minimal rubbing to edges of boards. Trust an experienced independent bookseller since 1988.
