Cover has light edge wear, shelf wear, some staining to top front right corner and spine, top third of back board has been water damaged which has significant wrinkling and staining, damage continues to the top corners of pages in the last third of the book, text block edges darkened, front hinge split, pages 33-65 have two-inch split to upper hinge as well as closed tears of varying sizes that raidiate out from hinge, foxing spots and some damp marks in text.
