New York: D. Appleton-Century Company, 1941. First Edition (stated). . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. O'Keeffe, Neil. Bound in sea-green cloth with titles stamped in black. First edition, with the number one in parentheses (1) on the final page of text, as required. With a frontispiece and four internal illustrations on plain paper, all present. 280 pages. The cloth shows mild edgewear with small frays at the heel and the corners; the spine carries a small rectangle that seems to indicate this copy was once part of someone's library, but there are no other indications, either internal or external (see photo). No internal marks or writing. Hinges solid; binding square. A tight copy with only minor wear. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
