First and second series, selected from; 'The Sketch Book', 'Tales of a Traveller', 'Wolfert's Roost', 'Bracebridge Hall'. Two beautiful small volumes quarter bound leather. Navy leather with gilt detailing to front spine ad back. Gilt lettering to spine. Top and bottom of spine a little worn. Blue floral cloth to. boards. Corners bumped and rubbed. Edges a little rubbed. White end papers. Previous owners names to FFEP dated 1890- same in both volumes so bought as a pair. Protective tissue guard between frontispiece and title page both volumes. Minor foxing. Gilt edged text block to top. Beautiful books.
