Covers grubby with edge wear. Lower front corner is creased and there is a small tear to the lower edge of the rear cover. Staples rusty. Small marginal tears affect lower edges of last few pages. First few lower corner tips creased.

London: The R A Publishing Co Ltd Wonderful story of a family of talking cats, 16 pages with 10 full page colour illustrations by Hilda Boswell. Pages have a few light occasional marks and staples have rusted in centre so though book is complete the pages are loose. There is a neat vertical line of small pin prick holes from top to bottom of the inner blank margins of the pages, I cannot work out why they are there it looks as if someone tried to sew the pages together, the inside crease on the reverse of the covers must have split at some time and has been repaired with inert clear tape. Outer covers are a little markedand dusty from age, not dated but looks early to mid 1900s. Though not perfect a presentable copy of a collectable book SEE IMAGE.
