Each paper has at the end a small bibliography and literature cited list. The text is illustrated with figures, black and white and coloured photographs and graphs. Tan coloured cloth covered boards with gilt coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. A series of papers, 8, on the phenomena known as leaf abscission. Authors include Frederick T. Addicott, William P. Jacobs, Stanley P. Berg and D. James Morre. Plant Physiology, vol. 43 No. 9, September 1968, Part B. Softening of the back strip edges with bumping of the book corners. Rubbing of the book edges and panels with rubs and stains to the panels. The gilt coloured titling on the back strip and front panel has become a little rubbed. Very light age toning of the text block edges and pages. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. 1471-1586  (bound volumes of Plant Physiology magazine) pages,. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
