William Syckelmoore, Philadelphia, 1875. Edition Unstated. Hardcover. Good/None Issued. Size: Small 8vo. This copy lacks the title page, as do some other copies we have seen online. Burnt Orange gilt stamped cloth over boards, 136 pages, XIII pages advertisements, Index, folding map. Corners and spine ends are bumped with chipping at the spine ends, cover soiled and worn, map has one long tear that has been rather inexpertly repaired with tape, as well as a few short tears, interior pages are toned, front hinge is cracked; interior is clean with no writing or marks, and the text block binding is sound.
