With illustrations by Michael William Kaluta, including black & white drawings throughout, gorgeous decorative endpapers, and three full page full-color plates with tissue guards. Quarto. Fine copy in a fine bright dust jacket. A collection of three tales by Robert E. Howard, featuring the Irish-American adventurer Kirby O’Donnell: “The Curse of the Crimson God,” “The Treasures of Tartary,” and “The Treasure of Shaibar Khan.” The front panel of the dust jacket has a full-color illustration of O’Donnell in Middle Eastern clothing wiping blood from his gleaming curved saber and with a large pistol strapped to his waist.
