Printed by the publishing house started by Karl Baedeker, they were an important milestone in the tourist industry, and were published from the 1850s until the 1970s.Illustrated with eighty-one maps, thirty town plans and fifteen panoramas. Collated, complete.Containing small ink inscriptions from previous owners to the front pastedown and half title page. In the publisher's original cloth binding.
