Dustjacket spine is very lightly sunned and has very light rubbing to corners and bottom of spine. Top of spine has a very shallow chip. Top of book spine has light wear. Colored title page with "The Colonial Press" on the copyright page. Large picture of Steinbeck on rear of dustjacket with no blurbs. Book is protected in a custom cut clear mylar cover. Synopsis
Sweet Thursday is a 1954 novel by John Steinbeck. It is a sequel to Cannery Row and set in the years after the end of World War II. According to the author, "Sweet Thursday" is the day after Lousy Wednesday and the day before Waiting Friday.
