The author took these photos over a period of ten years and is regarded as one of the world's premier aerial photographers. Included are shots of F-14 Tomcats, F-15 Eagles, Mirage 2000Cs, AJ-37 Viggens, Hawks, Harriers, F-16 Falcons, F/A-18 Hornets, and much, much more, from air forces in the US, Europe and the Far East. Also contains a section featuring the world's great aerobatic teams - the Thunderbirds and Blue Angles of the USA, the British Red Arrows, Italy's Frecce Tricolori, the Snowbirds of Canada, and the Patrouille de France. Contains c.140 pages (not numbered), illustrated throughout with colour photos plus captions section. Blue cloth boards in Fine pictorial dust jacket. Internally, shows large gift inscription on pre-title page to RAF Air Commodore Max Craghill from three US Air Force attaches in Bonn, Germany. This is signed by all three officers and they have taped their 'business' cards on the opposite endpaper. Otherwise the book is in fine condition internally: clean, bright and unmarked in excellent bindings. Apart from the aforementioned inscription, looks, feels and smells like new.
