Fair condition. Blue cloth over boards w gold gilt on spine and pressed design on front. Brown end papers. Front end paper has a small hole. Covers show some edge/corner wear and soiling, but are still a pretty deep blue color. Title page has a 1/2" closed tear at edge. Text is clean, but the pages have some tiny speckles/spots, and there are occasional small stains/soiling. Binding is tight.
