Illustrated with 24 tipped in plates, (some quite erotic) , mostly in sepia and color, a few in B& W and several intext drawings. A few of the captions: "Hot April", "Dark Rhythm ", "Dairy Maid", "Bumps". No. 1605 of a limited edition of 1,750. Bound in illustrated paper covered cloth with titles present to the spine. Boards have wear present to the extremities of the boards (spine ends are chipped and worn). No ownership marks present. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. Janet Flanner (March 13, 1892 November 7, 1978) was an American writer and journalist who served as the Paris correspondent of The New Yorker magazine from 1925 until she retired in 1975. She wrote under the pen name "Genêt". She also published a single novel, The Cubical City, set in New York City. EB .
