No. 65 of 100 copies signed by Duine Campbell of the press. Quarto. (viii), 20p, colophon. Illustrated by Islwyn Watkins with three etchings, the frontispiece in color. Hand printed on Barcham Green's Hayle handmade paper, the letterpress on the bottom half of each page. Bound in quarter gray morocco over gray paper-covered boards, the title embossed on the leather cover.
