Extremities worn and frayed. Ffep torn out, binding strong. Fep has small sticker from Winson & Higbie Booksellers & Stationers, Rochester. Some pages spotted. 441 pages. Frontispiece with tissue. Several pages at the center are torn approx. 1"" in, text readable. Josiah Gilbert Holland, 1819-1881, was an American novelist and poet who also published under the pseudonym Timothy Titcomb.
