Very modest cover wear, firm text block, very clean pages with the name in pencil of the previous owner (a professor of medieval studies and specifically a Chaucer scholar - F. J. Chiarenza) on the front free endpaper, a lightly written pencil note in the same hand on the title page, no other markings.
