Chalfant, recognized as the definitive book on the history of Inyo County, California. Book is 9.5 inches in height by 6.25 inches in width, 430 pages plus 7 page index and map frontispiece, California history, early pioneers. Book is close to near Fine, publisher's maroon cloth with gilt title to spine, tight and square, No previous owner name or bookplate, corners sharp, very clean white end papers, protected in a custom mylar sleeve. A very clean and most presentable Revised Edition. 6 Guns 406, Herd 444. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
