Slight rubbing, browning and minor nicks to jacket (chiefly at top edges); slight internal browning to edges and endpapers. 157, [1] pages. Later UK issue of the short novel, concerning what happens to an aircraft plant worker in Southern California following an experimental hypnosis session. Originally published in the US in 1958; basis of the 1999 motion picture, directed by David Koepp, starring Kevin Bacon and Kathryn Erbe.
