New York: Holt Rinehart & Winston, 1970. Nice copy of his classic work. First published in 1929 by same publisher this is the first printing by them following that with aaddition of author's note done in 1961. He died in 1962. This edition has different jacket and design. Only date shown on copyright page beyond the 1929 publishing was authors note done in 1961. I believe this is a 1970 printing based on the fact that 0970 appears at bottom of front jacket flap. This is a clean, bright copy that is unmarked, tight and square. Quarter bound in purple over blue paper covered boards has tiny bit of rubbing along top edge. Price intact jacket ($5.95) is bright and fresh with jacket design by David Holzman. In mylar. .
