This is the most autobiographical of Haggard's novels, with many deeply personal passages. In a cloth binding. Externally sound, though with some marks to the boards and some bumping. Internally, generally firmly bound. Ink signature to verso of front free-endpaper. Pages are bright and mainly clean, with just the odd spot. Very Good
