Boston: S.E. Cassino, 1884. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. xi, 478 pages, including index, 53 unnumbered leaves of plates : illustrations ; 27 cm. 4to. Hardcover. Publisher's original 3/4 crushed green morocco and cloth over boards, raised bands stamped with gilt lettering to spine, marbled endpapapers and leading edges. Book Condition: Wear exposing boards in several places, including corners and along the hinges. Interior fresh and unmarred, binding very sound, covers firmly attached. Very Good. Scarce in any condition. Illustrated by 271 woodcuts and 53 full page plates.
