London: Faber, 1972. First edition (hardback). 8vo (25cm by 19cm), 173pp. 9 colour plates, 72pp b&w illustrations. Original grey cloth, dustwrapper. Short ownership inscription to the front free endpaper, light foxing to the edges of the text block, else the book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is in good minus condition (torn with a little loss to the rear panel). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it. ISBN 0571098266
