St. Albans, Herts, UK: Granada. Bound in clean brown cloth with bright, gilt titles to spine, this 1983 hardcover First Edition is VG in Good Plus Wrapper (unclipped). Bookplate of Geoffrey Godden's shop attached to free front endpaper and signed by him. Size is 12" x 10". X1V/593pp with Preface, Introduction Chronology, 23 Chapters, 6 Appendices. Plus vast collection of Photos colour and B/W. Hardcover book is all VG, but wrapper has chips at one return flap corner and at top of spine; also 3 inch closed tear at top of spine. However, wrapper is 99% complete. A very heavy item that may require extra postage. . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1983.
