Dezember 1933. «Karl Hafner, geboren 30.6.1878 Stadel, gestorben 11.2.1947 Zürich, ref., von Zürich. [...] 1898-1901 Stud. der Rechte in Zürich (Dr. iur.). Danach Rechtsanwalt in Zürich, ab 1906 Sekr. des Schweiz. Bäcker- und Konditorenmeisterverbands sowie Redaktor der Verbandszeitung, 1920-29 Direktor der kant. Strafanstalt Regensdorf, 1929-43 Zürcher Regierungsrat (Justiz- und Militär-, ab 1935 Erziehungsdirektion und Präs. des Erziehungsrats). 1907-13 und 1918-20 Gr. Stadtrat für die FDP. H., der sich bereits in seiner Dissertation mit dem Strafvollzug auseinandergesetzt hatte, veröffentlichte dazu sowie zu Problemen des Bäckereigewerbes mehrere Arbeiten. Terms of payment

Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.

Sales return

In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.

Place of venue

We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
