Tucson AZ: Self-published by the author, 1998. Pamphlet. 24p., illustrated with numerous period photos, floorplans and elevations, b&w with two color pix on the covers; softbound stapled pamphlet, professionally and nicely produced, and inscribed and signed by the author opposite the title page to acknowledge assistance. Cover is a little worn along the spinefold and has a tiny corner-tip crease, back cover bears a few light scratches. Good copy.
