First Edition; small 8vo; leather backed decorative boards with gilt lettering and top edges gilt; hardcover; decorative endpapers; bookplate "stamped withdrawn" and printed "presented by Mrs. Elbert B. Monroe"; 220 pages; 2 black & white illustrations; St. Ann's church was the first Episcopal Church in Brooklyn; a very good, clean, tight copy with library numbers on a leather patch on the spine.
