This is a true first edition of this title. It was copyrighted by Allan Pinkerton (verso of title page); "Sold only by Subscription" and published by the Kansas City Publishing Co.

Condition: This true first edition is in very good condition, as photographed. The impressed cover is still distinctive, as is the gilt spine.
