Not ex-library copy. Text block is in excellent condition with no markings, apart from former owner name on title page. Front cover is detached, however. Top half of spine has damage, as well. 1845 edition with 1/4 leather binding and marbled boards. Reprint of 1830 edition, with index by William Hone. 140 illustrations throughout text.
Includes customs invoice for purchase by Mrs. E.C. Wright of Moylan, PA, from C. Howes books, St Leonards-on-Sea, England, in Nov 1933, for 9 shillings, along with two other titles.
