First edition, very good + black cloth hardcover shows hint of bumping to corners, tiny bit of faint stain at top page edges, ownership ticker at top of front pastedown, touch of toning at rear pastedown and some other very light trace wear, in very good + dust jacket (price at flap) that shows bit of soil and small closed tears at top edge. 276 pages with index, black & whites and endpaper maps. Nice copy of this work that tells of Spokane from "..its rise from trading post to regional metropolis.
