Slight browning to endpapers. Occasional small marks and foxing spots. Two text page & one plate have small nick top edge. Else a clean and tight copy. 220pp. With 14 b/w photographs and illustrations. The history of St Peter’s, Bournemouth from the 1840s to 1915.
