Lacks the folding map of Hawaii; the folding map of the Philippines is present. Former owner embossing stamp on front fly leaf. Erasure.abrasion on rear paste-down endpaper. Spine is a bit dull, and some of the gilt has rubbed off, both from the spine and the top corner of the front cover. No dust jacket. 070400B
