New York: Alfred A Knopf, 1977. SIGNED FIRST EDITION, first printing. Inscribed "To Herman Kitchen Joseph Kastner" on front free endpage. Sticker residue on same. Quarter dark maroon cloth with green boards and gilt titling. Jacket is not price-clipped. Only defect is slight age-toning and an abrasion to the front cover (barely noticable). Overall a EXCELLENT book in a EXCELLENT dust jacket. Great gift. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Quarter Cloth. Near Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
