Light gray paper over boards with biege linen and black lettering on the spine. First published in this format in 1948, this is the second printing. Illustrated with several reproductions of the original title pages and pages of text. The book itself and the accompanying glassine jacket show slight traces of shelf wear. The large majority of the pages are unopened on the head edges and the book appears to have been used very little if at all. .
