London: Printed for Luke Meredith at the King's Head at the west end of St Paul's Church-yard, 1685 Book. Fair. Hardcover. [xvi], 142, [2] pages ESTC R12342 where the author is identified. Title page creased and torn with loss, lower outer corner replaced with pen + ink facsimile. Pages ii/iii also have a small section replaced in old facsimile. Small ink stamp to the rear of the title page. In paper covered boards which are worn at the edges and to the spine. Pages lightly browned throughout. Title page and first few pages heavily soiled and browned..
