New York: Shamrock Press, 1903. . Small 4to, brown paper-covered board, small chip to the top of spine. One of 29 copies on Japan out of a total edition of 400. This copy out-of-series and the publisher's own copy. With Byrne Hackett's distinctive penciled note on the first blank following the front free endpaper: "This was the first publishing venture". In a envelope, dated 1958, addressed to the Brick Row Book Shop in Austin (Franklin Gilliam bought the Brick Row from Hackett in 1954)First published appearance apart from a privately printed edition of 13 copies,
