Some pages have very faint water mark to top or bottom page edges. Binding is tight, pages and edges are clean with clean blank endpapers - no names, writing or bookplates. Frontispiece photo of St. Paul's School with tissue guard. Many full page photographic illustrations of schools throughout the book. Preface by the author. 341 pages.
