First edition, 12mo, pp. [3]-120, [8] ads; a very good copy in original green cloth and preserving the uncommon dust jacket which shows loss of two-thirds of spine, large tear with tape repair on verso, and loss at the top of the front panel affecting the top half of the word "Soldier." Front free endpaper excised; early ownership signature on half-title which is foxed.
