New York: The Architectural Book Publishing Company, 1922. Second printing, 1922. Oversize volume (16" tall) containing photographs, sketches and a few floor plans of noted residences. Blue cloth printed in gilt, 125 pages plus publisher's ad. Some external wear, mainly light fraying to the corners and spine ends, minor cover soil, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages with a tiny architectural company stamp at the upper corners of the front free endpaper and preliminary blank, no other names or markings.. Hard Cover. Good. Folio - 12" - 15" Tall.
